Tender Process for Building 17 Secure Properties in El Sauzal

The Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Mobility of the Canary Islands, under the management of the Canary Islands Housing Institute (ICAVI), has launched a tender for the construction of 17 publicly-subsidised secure residences in El Sauzal, located on the island of Tenerife. The initial budget for this tender is set at 197,932.47 euros.
