HiperDino enhances its online shopping service with same-day deliveries

HiperDino once again strengthens its online shopping service by offering the option to place and receive orders on the same day. Customers must place their orders before 12:00 and can choose from two time slots to receive them: from 15:00 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00.

The service is available in various metropolitan areas of Gran Canaria –postcodes ranging from 35001 to 35019–, Tenerife – postcodes from 38001 to 38010, 38110, 38117 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, from 38201 to 38208 in La Laguna, and 38400 in Puerto de la Cruz–, Lanzarote – postcodes 35509, 35500, and 35550– and Fuerteventura –postcode 35600–, with a cost of 7.25 euros for preparation and delivery. The customers will receive their purchases at home in an easy, simple, and convenient way, without the need to travel, and always at the best prices.

The introduction of this new service is part of HiperDino’s continuous improvement strategy in customer experience. Efforts that have recently been recognized by their own users, who have rated their online shopping service as outstanding.

Among the options that the chain offers its customers is also the Click & Collect service, which allows customers to shop online and then pick up their orders in-store, specifically at HiperDino Puerta Europa, HiperDino Alisios, HiperDino Miller, HiperDino Luis Doreste, HiperDino Bellavista, HiperDino Vecindario, and HiperDino Arucas, in Gran Canaria.

In Tenerife, the pickup stores are HiperDino Picasso, HiperDino Concorde, HiperDino El Galeón, SuperDino Parque Bulevar, HiperDino Los Venezolanos, HiperDino Piedra Redonda, HiperDino Chafiras, HiperDino Siam Mall, and HiperDino Tacoronte.

Meanwhile, in Lanzarote, the pickup store is HiperDino San Bartolomé; in Fuerteventura, HiperDino Rotondas and HiperDino Gran Tarajal; and in La Palma, HiperDino Avenida del Puente and HiperDino El Paso.

Additionally, the automatic lockers installed at service stations are, in Gran Canaria, Repsol La Minilla, Repsol Llano Alegre Guía, and BP Cidelmar, and in Tenerife, BP Tres de Mayo.

There are other specific delivery points in the islands of El Hierro, La Gomera, and Lanzarote, at the Órzola Pier, to serve the residents of La Graciosa.

All of this positions HiperDino as a benchmark in the ecommerce sector of the Canary Islands, standing out for its innovation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
