Rural Transport of Tenerife (Titsa) commences its summer schedules from this Saturday 22nd of June, which will be effective until the beginning of September, in order to adjust its services to the new passenger demands during the summer season, especially for routes leading to various coastal areas of the island.
Consequently, lines 021 (Tacoronte-Mesa de Mar) and 023 (Tacoronte-El Pris) will be increasing the number of trips, as well as 050 (La Laguna-Bajamar-Punta Hidalgo). The interurban line 014 (Santa Cruz Bus Station-La Laguna) will be adjusting its frequencies. Line 012 (La Laguna-Tacoronte-El Sauzal) will modify its journeys and line 52, connecting La Laguna Bus Station with Tegueste via El Socorro, will also have some schedule adjustments.
On the other hand, route 122 (Santa Cruz Bus Station-Caletillas-Candelaria) will have more trips during weekends in the summer season. Similarly, lines 138 and 139, linking Santa Cruz Bus Station with Radazul and Tabaiba, will increase their afternoon services to enhance the return trips from beach areas.
As is customary every summer, Titsa will activate line 546 from the centre of Los Realejos to Playa del Socorro. Line 376, connecting La Orotava Station with El Rincón, will also increase its trips during summer. Additionally, line 369 (Buenavista-Teno) will extend its service hours, starting at 09:00 and ending at 19:45 from Teno, as of 1st of July.

Titsa will reactivate during the summer line 948 between Benijo and Taganana on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Line 946 (Santa Cruz Bus Station-Taganana-Almaciga) will operate two more trips per direction during weekends and holidays. Also, 910 (Santa Cruz Bus Station-San Andrés–Playa de Las Teresitas) will increase its services to provide more frequency to users.
Lines 905 (Muelle Norte-Ofra), 934 and 936 (Santa Cruz Bus Station-Taco-Santa María del Mar–Añaza-Bus Station) will adjust their frequencies according to weekday demand.
Line 224 (La Laguna Bus Station-Valle Guerra-Tejina-Punta del Hidalgo) will modify its schedules and usual route to provide service to coastal areas of La Barranquera and Jover. Line 217, connecting La Laguna Bus Station–Los Andenes–El Cardonal–Canary University Hospital, will also adjust some of its schedules.
The following routes will no longer operate: 392 (Icod de los Vinos-Puerto de Erjos via El Tanque), 410 (Granadilla-San Isidro-El Médano-Los Abrigos), 412 (Granadilla-San Isidro-Los Abrigos), 419 (Granadilla- IES Granadilla-Charco del Pino-El Frontón-El Roque-Jama-La Escalona-Vilaflor), 421 (Valle San Lorenzo-La Camella-Cabo Blanco-C. Buzanada-IES Las Galletas), 463 (Chimiche-El Salto-Charcay-Charco del Pino-IES Granadilla), 486 (IES San Miguel-Aldea Blanca-Las Chafiras-Guargacho-El Fraile), as well as shuttles from the north to Campus de Guajara, lines 606 and 608, which operate routes to serve schools or universities and will therefore not be active until the start of the next academic year in September.
