In El Médano, Granadilla de Abona (Tenerife), a 62-year-old motorcyclist suffered severe injuries after a collision with a car, as per the report from the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center of 1-1-2 of the Canary Islands.
The incident took place on Monday afternoon on the TF-64 road in El Médano. Emergency services from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) and the local health centre attended the scene. Upon assessment, it was found that the motorcyclist had sustained serious multiple traumas, prompting their immediate transportation via ambulance to the Hospiten Sur University Hospital.
The Road Maintenance Service of the Cabildo de Tenerife also responded to the incident, conducting road cleaning operations. Additionally, officers from the Civil Guard were present to manage traffic flow and compile the necessary report.
