SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 14th April. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Five individuals, aged between 56 and 68, have sustained varying degrees of injuries in a road incident that took place last night on Avenida Modesto Hernández González, in the municipality of San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife, as informed by the Coordinating Center of Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.

The occurrence transpired after half past ten in the evening, when the 1-1-2 operational centre received a notification reporting a collision involving two vehicles, resulting in multiple injuries, prompting Cecoes to promptly mobilise the necessary emergency services.

Upon arrival, SUC personnel evaluated and provided aid to all the injured parties, who were subsequently transported in separate ambulances to various hospital facilities. Local Police were responsible for managing traffic in the vicinity and overseeing the required procedures post-accident.

In particular, those affected include a 56-year-old female who initially complained of moderate chest discomfort; a 68-year-old female experiencing mild neck and rib pain; a 63-year-old male with slight neck and lower back discomfort; a 61-year-old male, also reporting mild neck and lower back pain, and a 59-year-old female, who sustained only minor injuries.
