The Highways department of the Cabildo de Tenerife has announced planned changes to the Southern Highway (TF-1) in order to carry out maintenance on medium voltage lines.
The disruptions are expected to last up to seven minutes at kilometer point 44,260 in the Tajao region (Arico).
Traffic alterations are scheduled for the night of April 1 to 2, between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., and on the night of April 4 to 5, during the same time frame.
During the latter period, three brief interruptions are planned, with traffic being allowed to resume at seven-minute intervals.
The maintenance work involves the replacement of overhead sections of medium voltage lines with new installations. Drivers are advised by the Cabildo to exercise caution in the area and to adhere to both signage instructions and directions provided by on-site personnel.
