The TLP Tenerife event in September 2024 will feature the TLP Championship, a competition that will bring together eSports tournaments and a K-Pop music style dance competition, which will also be held in May.
The TLP Esports Championship is aimed at individuals who are involved in the world of eSports in the Canary Islands as amateurs and professionals. This new edition will include categories such as League of Legends, EA Sports FC 24, and Tekken 8, as reported by the Tenerife Island Council in a statement.
Registrations are now open and can be made through the competition’s website, which will distribute over 5,000 Euros in prizes.
The K-Pop dance competition at TLP Tenerife will change its format to find “the best dancers from across the Archipelago”, so the organization will open its registration period without a limit on entries.
Participants in this event will compete in two phases, auditions and performances, with over 2,000 Euros in prizes up for grabs.
Additionally, individuals not taking part in this competition will have other tournaments within the TLP Tenerife 2024 event, along with activities for all audiences, some focused on eSports and K-Pop.
All of these events can be found on the event’s website, but it should be noted that some require prior registration.
TLP Tenerife 2024, taking place from 3rd to 8th September at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Fairground, is an event showcasing technology and new trends in the Canary Islands with fifteen editions so far.
