Bahía del Duque Hotel has been honoured with the TUI Global Hotel Awards Quality Winner for 2024 as one of the premier hotels within TUI’s programme, based on ratings from the German tour operator’s own customers. To select the best hotels, customers receive a satisfaction questionnaire after their stay in which they evaluate various aspects of their holiday such as service quality, facilities, and gastronomy, among other considerations.

The hotel’s general manager, Cristina de Juan, expressed gratitude for this recognition “which once again highlights Bahía del Duque’s commitment to achieving the highest level of service quality to provide our guests with the best experience during their stay.” She expressed satisfaction and appreciation to the tour operator’s customers “who have acknowledged and rewarded our efforts, serving as a great motivation to continue working towards tourism excellence.”

This accolade adds to the prestigious awards received by Bahía del Duque and its spa, Bahía Wellness Retreat, including: Mencey Futurista de Honor 2024 in the Sustainable Tourism Company category; Best Service in the Condé Nast Johansen Excellence Awards 2024; Best Destination Spa in the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2023; Best Wellness Experience 2022 in the Beyond Luxury Awards; and Spain’s Best Hotel Spa 2022 at the World Spa Awards.

To this list, they also add the recognition from readers of Condé Nast Traveler UK, who have acknowledged it as one of the world’s best hotels in the Readers Choice Awards 2022.

Bahía del Duque, with a 30-year history and chosen by many experts as one of the finest hotel establishments in Europe, has managed to stay true to its initial values of service excellence, customer care, and attention to detail.
