“Say No to Unpleasant Smells on board!” – Tenerife Tram’s Initiative to Encourage Passenger Hygiene

Tenerife Tram, through its various social media platforms, has launched a campaign urging its passengers to maintain good personal hygiene with the slogan Let’s take care of our body hygiene! Say No to Unpleasant Smells on board.

The tram service emphasises the importance of respecting others for “a fundamental aspect of coexistence… And respect!”, according to the campaign led by Metropolitano de Tenerife, the company managing the Tenerife tram.

The company stresses the need for proper personal hygiene to prevent inconveniencing fellow passengers as complaints have been received about some individuals not meeting the minimum standards, as reported in statements to EFE news agency.
