Actions among which Alonso also highlighted the implementation of the Parking Master Plan, scheduled for next July, through which the necessary measures will be implemented to regulate parking management in the capital.
In this regard, the councilor pointed out that this regulation includes the implementation of the so-called Regulated Parking Zones (ZER), in which time limitations will be established for leaving the car on public roads, “establishing blue and green zones.” to park which, depending on places, will determine whether they are paid or free,” he indicated.
In this sense, Alonso announced that to determine the rates that will be charged to citizens for parking, a tax ordinance will be prepared to set the prices which, he highlighted, “will not be excessive.”

The supply of off-road parking will also be controlled, as well as the demand for parking, which will be quantified by establishing a percentage of occupancy in the morning, afternoon and night periods.
