The Civil Guard is investigating two people, whom they accuse of stealing a high-end car and items inside various vehicles valued at around 4,000 euros in the south of Tenerife.
In addition, it relates them to a crime of fraud, since they allegedly used a credit card that they had stolen in one of the vehicles, sources from the armed institute report.
There were six injured people, all residents of the town of Abades, who reported that they had been robbed from inside their vehicles after breaking a window.
Among the stolen items were tools, cash, chargers, identity documents and bank cards.
That morning, another victim reported that a high-end car had been stolen.
Agents from the main post in Granadilla de Abona managed to identify the alleged perpetrators of the robberies, two men with numerous police records for similar acts, and who had also just been arrested by the National Police for other acts.
The defendants are being investigated for two crimes of vehicle theft, one crime of fraud, since they used some of the stolen cards in one of the cars, and six crimes of robbery with force inside a vehicle.
