SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, December 26 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Museum of Nature and Archeology (MUNA) will host a new edition of the Christmas Concert tomorrow, Wednesday. Starting at 8:00 p.m., and with free entry, attendees will be able to enjoy a repertoire made up of Christmas works that will bring them closer to topics such as poetry or sustainability.
The concert will be performed by the choir Novae Vocal Ensemble and Bobis Coro Femenino. The first was created by musical pedagogue Roxana Schmunk, with extensive experience in initiatives related to music and theater. This group has obtained recognitions such as the First Prize of the Canary Islands Choral Singing Competition in 2017 and the Gold Medal.
The Minister of Culture and Museums of the Cabildo of Tenerife, José Carlos Acha, pointed out that this concert “is part of the Christmas traditions of our museum.” “A meeting that allows us to know, in a different environment, the magic of Christmas. All from the best voices. A cultural commitment that, without a doubt, will not leave anyone indifferent,” he added.
The concert will have a fluid and interactive format different from other traditional ones. On this occasion, choreographies will be incorporated into the staging that will give dynamism to the wide repertoire of songs. Among the songs to be performed, Hallellujah by Leonard Cohen, Stars by Ericks Esenvalds or the traditional Canarian arrorró stand out.
