A 15-year-old minor has been injured after he ran over a 70-year-old man with his bicycle, who also suffered various injuries, in the municipality of Los Realejos, in Tenerife, according to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes). 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 5:30 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operational room received an alert reporting that a cyclist had run over a pedestrian at kilometer 10 of the Los Realejos-Icod general highway. Los Vinos, in Tenerife.
Once at the scene, SUC personnel assessed and assisted both injured people and transferred them to the Hospiten Bellevue University Hospital. The minor suffered moderate trauma to his own bones and the man suffered moderate head trauma and multiple contusions.
