VALVERDE (EL HIERRO), Oct. 4 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Three canoes arrived early this Wednesday afternoon at the port of La Restinga, in the municipality of El Pinar, Maritime Rescue sources inform Europa Press.
The first was sighted by Salvamar Adhara, who went to meet him and accompanied him to the port with 42 migrants of sub-Saharan origin, all men and in good health.
In addition, two others were sighted 1.5 and three miles away respectively, one of them with 127 people, and they were also escorted by Salvamar to the interior of the port.
In just two days, the island has received the arrival of seven cayucos with more than 700 people.
