He Puerto de la Cruz Town Hall has proceeded this Tuesday, temporarily, to close to the big beach bathroom in Playa Jardínand those of Castillo and Charcón remain open.
The council details in a note that in one of the ordinary sample collections that are carried out punctually on all the beaches of the municipality and that are analyzed at the General Directorate of Public Health of the Government of the Canary Islands have been appreciated alterations in biological parameters who advise that, provisionally and as a precautionary measure, bathing is not allowed.
Thus, this Wednesday morning new analyzes will be carried out that will be evaluated for the reopening of the beach if the parameters return to normal.
