Through this complementary formula to the prevention work carried out by the Environment area of the Cabildo de Tenerife, the conservation work of the forest would be enhanced and natural firebreaks created by the grazing of the flocks would be created.
Likewise, the council points out that this is a measure that helps encourage the maintenance of the goat and bovine sector.
