The Environmental Sustainability Area of the Santa Cruz City Hall has initiated a disciplinary file against a resident of the capital for having left his dog inside your vehicle, with the windows closed and for a long time, without having adopted a correct ventilation, hybridization and temperature of the car.

The Local Police drew up a record of the event in March and yesterday the Official State Gazette (BOE) published the announcement of the penalty, which is estimated at 150 euros, as stated in the Animal Ownership Ordinance.
