SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, July 5 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Diputación del Común has issued a statement this Wednesday in which it clarifies that it has already executed “in its entirety” the sentence of the Social Court Number 3 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria that obliges a worker of the institution to be made a workforce .
Thus, he reports that he filed an appeal against that sentence before the Supreme Court but it was not admitted for processing and specifies that compliance with the sentence is limited to the payment of a certain amount to the affected worker and the declaration of “indefinite employment (not fixed)” in substitution of temporary trustworthy personnel.
Along these lines, it states that the economic part of the sentence was given priority in its execution process, with the payment to the worker of the amount indicated last April, and regarding the modification of the relationship that unites the worker with the institution, it was fully complied with since last May when the resolution ordering the modification of the workforce was signed, thus finalizing all the procedures.
