The Audiovisual Cluster of Canary Islands will organize, on June 22 and 23 at the Hotel Mencey de Tenerife and in Infecate of Gran Canariathe Conference on Investment Opportunities in Audiovisual Productions, to publicize the tax advantages offered by the Economic and Fiscal Regime (REF).
The event is aimed at investors, investment fund entities and tax advisers, but it is also open to other agents in the audiovisual sector, with specific lines aimed at audiovisuals or who understand the investment opportunity.
The objectives are to transmit legal certainty around the investment in national productions; attract investors to Canarian productions; build investor confidence; contribute to the economic and social development of the Canary Islands, creating wealth on the islands and generating the foundations to build a solid audiovisual ecosystem as a basis for the diversification of the Canarian economy. In addition, it will allow an overview of the investment possibilities and their advantages, through the participation of the Tax Agency, the Écija Law Firm, Triodos Bank, and investors and producers with experience in the application of tax incentives.
