Temperatures experience a new drop this Thursday in the Canary Islands

He weather in the Canary Islands for this Thursday it contemplates cloudy intervals in the north of the islands, with a predominance of cloudy skies in the early and late hours of this Thursday, and in the rest of the slightly cloudy areas with intervals of high clouds, according to the forecast of the Meteorology Statal Agency (Aemet).

Very strong gusts are not ruled out in the second half of the day in Gran Canaria (southeast and northwest slopes during the second half of the day) and in Tenerife (southeast coast, southeast slope of the metropolitan area and extreme northwest), forecasts the Territorial Delegation in Canary Islands from Aemet.

Northeast wind with strong intervals on the southeast and northwest slopes, especially during the second half of the day when a very strong gust cannot be ruled out. In peaks, light wind from the west shifting to the north in the last hours. Breezes on southern shores.

Light to moderate northeast wind, with strong intervals during the afternoon on the southeast coast, southeast slope of the metropolitan area and extreme northwest, where punctually very strong gusts are not ruled out. In summits, moderate west wind decreasing to light and rolling in the second half of the day. Breezes on west and north coasts.

Cloudy intervals in the north with a predominance of cloudy skies in the early and late hours. In the rest little cloudy with intervals of high clouds. Maximum temperatures in slight to moderate decrease, being more significant in inland areas, minimum without changes or in slight decrease. Northeast wind with strong intervals at the end in extreme east and northwest. In peaks, light wind from the west shifting to the north in the last hours. Breezes on southern shores.

THE PALM

Cloudy intervals in the north and east with a predominance of cloudy skies in the early and late hours. In the rest little cloudy with the presence of high clouds and some intervals of evolution in the afternoon. Temperatures in slight to moderate decrease, being more significant in the western slope. Northeast wind with strong intervals at the end in extreme southeast and northwest. E cumbres, moderate west wind decreasing to light and shifting north in the second half of the day.
