The Civil Guard investigates three owners of illegal constructions in Tenerife and La Gomera

The Civil Guard is investigating three people as alleged perpetrators of a crime against land use planning and urban planning for having built two illegal homes in La Orotava (Tenerife) and Hermigua (La Gomera).

Thanks to citizen collaboration and the various investigations carried out by the agents of the Nature Protection Service (Seprona) of the Civil Guard, two buildings built on protected, rustic and landscape protection land in La Orotava have been located.

In a third service, the agents located another illegal construction, specifically, a work to expand a house located in the municipality of Hermigua on land classified as rustic and categorized as a rural settlement.

The proceedings carried out in the different services have been made available to the competent judicial authority in each criminal act.
