Four people use headphones in the driving license theoretical exam to get the answers in Tenerife

The Civil Guard has identified four boys between 25 and 52 years of age after verifying that they received information from abroad, using a wireless headset and a mobile hidden in their clothing, during the theory tests to obtain a driver’s license.

It was during the theoretical tests carried out from the 15th to the 20th of this month in the exam room of the Provincial Traffic Office of Santa Cruz de Tenerife when these four people raised suspicions that they could be receiving help from abroad. Thus, the agents proceeded to identify these four applicants and were able to verify that they used said communication system.

The Civil Guard details in a statement that this type of conduct, in addition to posing “a serious danger to road safety”, entails a possible fine of 500 euros and the impossibility of taking a new exam within a period of six months.
