Skills for human relations, learning to feel, the kindness to smile at the vinea, learn to feel, live in the present and accept life, control stress… These are some of the themes of the workshops offered from next March by the School of Skills and Well-being Casas de colores para aprender de Adeje, with which it is intended to provide quality training to the adejeros.
The Department of Education of the City Council of Adeje and the institutional chair Healthy Organizations, Well-being and Social Innovation (Osbis) of the University of La Laguna offer these courses that will be held at the Center for Citizen Participation and Coexistence.
The workshops are aimed at young people aged 14 and over, in vulnerable situations, unemployed people, students, families, companies and professionals. The initiatives will be carried out in the form of workshops and courses of between 3 and 20 hours. In all cases the training will be certified by the Osbis chair and the University Foundation of Las Palmas.
The first workshop, called Relaxation or how to take care of your own life, will take place at the Center for Citizen Participation and Coexistence on Friday, March 10, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. The essential basic skills stimulate understanding, critical thinking, creativity, personal and collective well-being. The Casas de colores para aprender school promotes the well-being and development of people with these courses.
