SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 16 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Governing Council has authorized an expense of 35,437,179.48 euros for the contracting of the electricity supply of the administrative buildings used by the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands and those others that the regional Executive, its autonomous bodies and other public entities dependents allocate to the provision of a public service. Buildings included in the public-private collaboration contract for energy efficiency are excluded from this agreement.
The Government of the Canary Islands intends to initiate a file for the administrative contracting of the aforementioned electricity supply. Said contracting is classified as an administrative supply contract, in accordance with the provisions of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/UE and 2014. /24/UE, of February 26, 2014 (LCSP).
The base budget for the tender, which includes the Canary Islands Indirect General Tax (IGIC), amounts to 35,437,179.48 euros to be executed in the year 2023. There is the necessary budgetary credit in the regional accounts to meet the economic obligations derived from the contract.
This contracting is subject to harmonized regulation as its estimated value is greater than 215,000.00 euros in accordance with the provisions of the Public Sector Contracts Law and Order HFP/1499/2021, of December 28, by which they publish the limits of the different types of contracts for the purposes of public sector contracting.
