The beer hall in the Plaza de España was auctioned this morning for 50,946 euros at the auction of the stalls on Calle del Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife 2023. With a starting price of 17,584 euros, the bid has been maintained until reaching almost 51,000 euros, a record price in the history of the auction.
The decision of Parties Going for a single round in the bids has caused some positions to have seen their value increase, but also many others to remain deserted, more than in previous years.
After the auction, the interested parties need to confirm the payment to be definitively awarded the position for which they have bid.
The tension in some of the bids could be noticed in the Caja Siete room, where, at least until the end of the auction, everything developed normally.
