The Canarian Institute of Hemodonation and Hemotherapy (ICHH)an autonomous body attached to the Department of Health of the Government of the Canary Islandsinforms that next week it will activate blood donation campaigns in Gran Canaria, TenerifeThe Palm, Fuerteventura Y Lanzaroteboth in mobile points and in fixed points of the Canary Transfusion Network distributed throughout the islands.
Where to donate on the weekend
In Tenerife, you can donate on Sunday, December 18 at the Güímar Farmer’s Market, in Plaza de San Pedro, next to the church, from 9:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
And as always, at the fixed points of the Canary Islands Transfusion Network, at the University Hospital of Canary Islands You can donate from Sunday to Friday and holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and at the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital from Monday to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except holidays.
In Gran Canaria, on Saturday the 17th, an extraction point will be activated in the Alcampo Shopping Center, next to the lottery administration, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
In addition, the University Hospital of La Palma has a fixed extraction point where you can donate by appointment from Monday to Sunday, including holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where to donate in Gran Canaria
During the next week, a mobile unit will be installed on Avenida José Mesa y López, at the height of El Corte Inglés, from 9:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the exception of Monday and Tuesday that the extraction will begin at 9:15 in the morning shift and at 3:45 p.m. in the afternoon.
The San Bartolomé de Tirajana campaign will also begin next week, at the Casa de la Cultura in Maspalomas, at Avenida de Tejeda, 72. On December 19, the ICHH will visit the headquarters of Sunday Alonso, in Siete Palmas, on Avenida Pintor Felo Monzón, 34, from 9:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. And, finally, the visit to the Aviation Headquarters, at Paseo de Chil street, 211, will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Regarding the fixed blood collection points, the ICHH makes its headquarters available to the population on Alfonso XIII street, number 4, in the capital of Gran Canaria, from Monday to Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. except holidays (it has a ford for donors).

Finally, you can donate blood in San Cristóbal de La Laguna on December 19 and 20. With regard to the fixed points of the Canary Transfusion Network, at the Hospital Universitario de Canarias you can donate from Sunday to Friday and holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and at the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except holidays.
Where to donate in Fuerteventura
