The rehabilitation works of the TF-1 will focus next week on five links of Adeje

The highway area of ​​the Council of Tenerife will focus over the next week on Improvement works on the TF-1 at the intersections of Playa de las Américas, San Eugenio, Costa Adeje, Los Menores and Adeje.

Likewise, the road signaling work will continue and the work will be carried out between the early hours of Sunday, September 4 and the morning of Friday, September 9, as reported by the Island Corporation in a statement.

In this regard, the vice president and councilor for the area, Enrique Arriaga, pointed out that completing this phase of the rehabilitation work “not only means improving road safety, it also means consolidation of a strong commitment to the sustainability of the island What does the institution do?

In this way, he recalled that these are works that allow the waste generated to be reduced by half and minimize the cost of aggregates.

The improvement work on the TF-1, carried out by the company Sacyr, will take place between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., due to the lower influx of traffic that exists in this time slot, in order to minimize inconvenience to drivers.

During the night of Sunday September 4, Vehicles traveling in either direction and wishing to access Playa de las Américas may use the San Eugenio interchange (74).

Those who, on the other hand, wish to go to Adeje from this point should leave for Santa Cruz de Tenerife to make a U-turn at Arona/Los Cristianos (72).

In addition, people who want to travel to the capital of Tenerife from the Siam Mall Shopping Center should go to Adeje until link 76 to make the change of direction there.

On the other hand, the monday september 5vehicles wishing to access the San Eugenio interchange (74) must use the Costa Adeje/Torviscas/Playa Fañabé interchange (76).

On the night of tuesday september 6 Vehicles heading towards Santa Cruz and seeking access to Costa Adeje, La Caleta or Playa Fañabe must continue to the San Eugenio junction (75). And if you want to access Adeje via the junction 79, you must continue to the Costa Adeje/La Caleta/Playa Fañabé junction (78), make a U-turn and return to your destination.

Meanwhile, if you want to go towards Santa Cruz from Adeje, you will have to go to the Los Menores/Armeñime/Playa Paraíso junction (81) and join the motorway in the desired direction.

The Wednesday September 7 Vehicles that want to access the Los Menores, Armeñime or Playa Paraíso areas in the Guía de Isora direction must continue to the Vera de Erques/Playa San Juan junction, change direction and return to the destination area. If you want to make the maneuver in the opposite direction, you must exit through the Adeje junction (79 A), and change direction at junction 78.

Lastly, the Thursday September 8 Vehicles wishing to access Adeje or join the road from this point must use junction 81 (Los Menores/Armeñime/Playa Paraíso).

Drivers going in the direction of Santa Cruz and wishing to access Adeje via link 79 must continue to link 78, make the U-turn and return to link 81.
