The City Council of Santiago del Teide announces the contest to improve the municipal mobile fleet with the acquisition of three motorcycles, which it allocates to the Local Police, and another three vehicles for the Department of Works, the Consistory reported in a statement.
The case of the three motorcycles is justified by their necessity for the proper development of the basic skills of the area to which they are assigned. In the case of Municipal Works and Services, the government led by Emilio Navarro understands that it is necessary to “renovate and provide” the department “with a fleet of vehicles that allow the correct provision of services that, in execution of own and delegated powers , have been attributed to this City Council of Santiago del Teide».
The estimated value of the vehicle contract for the Santiago Department of Works and Services amounts to 72,000 euros, with a period of five months for the Santiago del Teide Town Hall to receive the vehicle from the date of formalization of the contract.
39,000 euros for the motorcycles
Regarding the motorcycles that will improve the mobile fleet of the Local Police, the estimated value of the contract is 38,821 euros. In this case, the execution period is three months, counting from the date of formalization of the contract, a period in which the delivery of the motorcycles to the City Council of Santiago del Teide must be completed to give them to the security body.
