The Summer University of Adeje 2022 will be held from July 18 to 22, recovers its face-to-face format and repeats the structure that combines eleven three-day courses with nine one-afternoon workshops. The Councilor for Culture of Adeje referred to the variety of workshops and the programming of parallel activities. She also revealed that this year the leitmotif of the courses has been emotional well-being and health and, in line with this, the opening speaker will be the pedagogue specializing in emotional intelligence, Mar Romera.
“30 years have passed but the anniversary is postponed because in 2020 there were no courses”
During the event, the advertising poster was also presented, the work of the artist from Adeje, Oriol Cruz Martínez. It combines views of municipal buildings from different perspectives with people of different ages and ethnicities, thus trying to link socio-cultural diversity with the territory in which it develops.
The courses will be taught both in the morning and in the afternoon and may be validated for an ECTS credit. Carrying out three workshops is also validated with a credit.
