SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 2. (EUROPE PRESS) –

Agents of the Civil Guard belonging to the Equipo@ of the island of La Palma, supported by members of the Equipo@ of Playa de las Américas, have instructed proceedings in which they investigate two young people aged 22 and 18, residents of the municipality of Adeje, as alleged perpetrators of a crime of fraud through the Internet.

The investigation began with the complaint filed by the victim at the Main Post of the Civil Guard of Los Llanos de Aridane, in which he stated that after negotiating the purchase of a mobile terminal and making the payment through a platform, the alleged seller disappeared, deleting his profile from the social network through which they had contacted.

As it was a scam committed through the network, it was assumed by agents of the Equipo@ of the island of La Palma, who, after carrying out different investigations, have been able to identify the alleged perpetrators, sending the proceedings to the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 2 of Los Llanos de Aridane.
