The Court of Violence against Women number 2 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has ordered the provisional dismissal of the case on the double murder of Anna and Olivia until his father and alleged murderer is found, Thomas Gimeno.
Judge Maria of the Angelez Zabala has issued an order in which it indicates that the investigations of the Civil Guard show that Gimeno “is with complete certainty” the material author of the violent death of his two daughters and the participation of third parties is ruled out.
However the Civil Guard considers that “there is no aspect of what happened that has not been investigated” and that Gimeno’s whereabouts are unknown, “or else he disappeared at sea”, as the police report concludes, the case is filed “until it is found the defendant.”
