The rehabilitation works of the TF-1 will focus next week on the improvement of three links: the 79A of access to Adeje, the 79B that communicates with Las Nieves and Los Olivos and the 81 that allows the incorporation to Los Menores, Armeñime and Playa Paraíso, in a southerly direction.
In a statement, the Minister of Roads and Mobility of the Council of TenerifeEnrique Arriaga, stressed that the works are advancing at a good pace and he hopes that they will be completed at the beginning of the summer, fulfilling the 14 months planned.
The works will extend from the night of Sunday, the 13th, until the morning of Friday, the 18th. To reduce possible inconvenience to drivers and maintain road safety The corresponding detours will be marked in the affected areas. The works will be carried out at night, between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
For its part, the improvement work, carried out by Sacyr, will be carried out on Sunday and Monday nights at junctions 79A and 79B, for which the lanes entering the roundabout and exiting the junction in the south direction will remain closed.
For this reason, vehicles that wish to access the Las Nieves area in the Guia de Isora direction will have to continue to junction 81. Those coming from Adeje must also do the same.
During the nights of Tuesday and Wednesday, the works will take place on junctions 79B and 81, so those drivers who, heading south, wish to access the Armeñime area must continue to junction 87 Vera de Erques and Playa San Juan, make a U-turn and return towards Santa Cruz until Junction 81.
In addition, those who want to go to Adeje from Armeñime must access through junction 79A and those who want to do it from this municipality in the direction of Guía de Isora, must leave through the same junction towards Santa Cruz de and join the road through junction 78.
At 10:00 p.m. on Thursday night, rehabilitation work will continue from kilometer point 60.6 to 60.9. Specifically, the works will advance in the fast lane and inside hard shoulder. For this, the left lane will be closed from kilometer point 58.7 to 61.4 and traffic will be diverted to the right lane in the same direction heading south.
