SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 7. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The different prevention devices established last weekend by the National Police in the leisure areas of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and La Laguna have culminated in the identification of 158 people.
The devices, whose main objective is to prevent disturbances of order that could result in personal or material damage, were established mainly in the Plaza de España and the Parque Marítimo area in the Quadrilateral area, during those time slots of greater influx of people.
Within the framework of the devices, the national police carried out 19 acts of proposal of sanction for possession or consumption of narcotic substances, 1 for possession of dangerous instruments for the integrity of the people and proceeded to the arrest of a person for threats.
Tranquility has been the dominant situation in the leisure areas of both cities, taking into account the number of people gathered. The actions have been carried out by national police officers from the Provincial Police Station of the National Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and La Laguna.
