SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan 9 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Two men aged 16 and 30 have been injured of various degrees in a car accident that occurred yesterday Saturday on the TF-21 road, in the municipality of La Orotava, in Tenerife, as reported by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Safety (Cecoes ) 1-1-2.
The event occurred minutes before 10:30 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert in which it was reported that a car had collided with a tree on the TF-21, near Aguamansa, injuring its two occupants.
SUC personnel provided medical assistance to the wounded. The minor suffered a moderate facial trauma and bruising, for which he was transferred by ambulance to a hospital. The other affected person had mild contusions and was assisted at the scene of the incident.
Members of the Fire Consortium removed the vehicle’s engine from the road, since it had been fired from it. The Civil Guard instructed the corresponding procedures and personnel from the Insular Highway Center proceeded to clean the road.
