The Housing area of the Arona City Council, led by councilor Leopoldo Díaz Oda, reported yesterday that it has favorably resolved more than fifty aid files for housing reform for residents of the municipality.
This is a line of support for the reform of basic necessities, as well as works to guarantee their accessibility to people with dependencies. In total, 52 cases resolved with a subsidy that exceeds 157,000 euros, according to the government group, which recalled that the aid amounts to a maximum of 4,500 euros per petitioner.
However, the City Council clarified that the granting of the aid is still in the period of allegations, so the number of beneficiaries could increase. Neighbors have ten business days, counted from Wednesday, January 5, to present them.
To qualify for these aids, the applicant must be the owner or usufructuary of the home and that it constitutes their habitual residence. In addition, the members of the nucleus of coexistence should not have more real estate for residential use or aid or subsidies from other administrations.
