New cases of coronavirus skyrocket in the Canary Islands with 484 new infections and one deceased

The new cases of coronavirus soar in Canary Islands until adding 484 new cases in the last 24 hours (88 more than yesterday), informs the Ministry of Health of the regional government. The total accumulated cases in the Canary Islands is 104,284 with 4,124 active, of which 37 are admitted to the ICU and 207 remain hospitalized.

The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands it is 109.56 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days in the 195.55 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

By islands, Tenerife Today there are 187 cases with a total of 49,400 accumulated cases and 1,748 epidemiologically active cases;

Gran canaria It has 39,925 accumulated cases, 201 more than the previous day and 1,770 active.

Lanzarote adds 19 new cases with 7,558 accumulated and 157 epidemiologically active;

Fuerteventura it has 5,210 accumulated cases, with 58 new cases, and 358 active ones.

The Palm adds 15 new positives so it has 1,258 accumulated and 72 assets.

The iron He does not add new positives, so his accumulated are 469 and he has an active case.

La Gomera finds four new cases, so it has 463 and its assets are 18.

To date, a total of 2,417,886 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 8,255 correspond to yesterday.
