The base bidding budget is 80,560 euros and companies can submit bids by lots, through the public sector contracting platform where, in addition, they can find the specifications and the supporting report to expand the information. Those interested have until December 4 to formalize their offers.
The aforementioned old School of Santa Ana, located on La Sabina street at the corner of Juan El Cape Pescador, was demolished with an investment of 23,366 euros. The action consisted of the demolition of the entire building, whose constructed area was 88.25 square meters on two floors.
The mayor, Mari Brito, and the councilor for Works and Services, Jorge Baute, anticipate that the land is being prepared for the installation of the park. The demolition was approved in April, with the file of budgetary modification for extraordinary credits from the remaining treasury in the ordinary plenary session. With financing ready, the contracting procedure began.
