SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov 11 (EUROPA PRESS) –

A man, for whom no further information is known, died last morning after being run over on the southern highway (TF-1), in the municipality of Arona, in Tenerife, as reported by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes ) 1-1-2.

The event occurred at around 12.50 am, when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert reporting the run over of a person at kilometer 69 of the TF-1, at the exit to Guaza, southbound.

The Local Police, who were in the area, alerted the Coordinating Center of the seriousness of the incident and collaborated until the arrival of health resources.

The SUC staff confirmed upon arrival the death of the affected person by presenting injuries incompatible with life and treated the driver of the vehicle involved, a 30-year-old woman, who was transferred with an anxiety crisis to the Los Cristianos Health Center.

The Civil Guard instructed the corresponding proceedings.
