The Santiago del Teide City Council opens from today, Monday, October 4, the registration to participate in the V edition of the Vertical Nocturna Los Gigantes that will take place on November 27 with two distances at stake: one of 10 km and another short of 4 km.
The departure of the medium distance will be made from the Los Gigantes Pier and the arrival will be in the Plaza de Santiago del Teide, starting at 7:30 p.m. while the departure of the short distance will be made from the Plaza de Santa Ana in Tamaimo to Plaza de Santiago del Teide, starting at 8:00 p.m.
The organization will have a stand at the Los Gigantes dock for long distance runners and another in the Plaza de Santa Ana, where from 5:30 p.m. you can pick up what is called the “Corridor Bag” , which will contain the number, the chip and the shirt, gift for participation in it.
Registration will be open until November 20, 2021 and can only be done online, through the web: www.deportesantiagodelteide.com. Registrations for the 10km category will cost € 15 while for the 4km distance it will cost € 10. Those registered in Santiago del Teide will have a 100% Bonus.
For underage participants, parents must fill out a parental authorization.
Payment will be made by bank transfer to the following account number ES38 2100 6751 3722 0013 2302. Once the payment has been made, it must be attached to the registration form in the box “PROOF OF PAYMENT”. In the concept, the name and surname of the participant must be clear as well as “Vertical Nocturna Los Gigantes”.
The organization reserves the right to modify the route or the distances to be covered if the weather conditions are adverse and if, when the test is to be carried out, the sanitary measures of the island of Tenerife so advise.
In case of suspending the test, the organization undertakes to return the full amount of the registration or save the registration for future editions.
