SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Sep 22 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The College of Registrars has announced its collaboration with the authorities and the victims who have lost their homes after the eruption of the La Palma volcano last Sunday.
The volcanic activity on the island has destroyed at least 183 homes, 200 infrastructures and threatens half a thousand houses, although experts still do not know what the evolution will be in the coming days.
Once this has been determined, the registrars will offer all those farm owners in the affected area a certification of the farm that will be dispensed free of charge, which will allow to prove the property and other pre-existing rights.
The College of Registrars also informs that it has made itself available to the authorities of the island of La Palma to deal with the legal challenge posed by the new scenario in terms of property and environmental protection.
This catastrophe will generate a change in the physical reality of the territory, which will imply a transformation in its legal configuration.
