The organizers detail that the objective of this objective forum is to “disseminate action strategies and examples of success faced with the unavoidable adaptation of the tourist and commercial sector in the north of Tenerife to the new demands and habits of tourists and consumers, in an environment marked by the economic and social consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, the digitization of the economy and the climate emergency. Changes that are setting the tone in the transformation of many sectors towards a new economy and that, undoubtedly, will persist after the pandemic is overcome and normality is returned. ”

The organization is run by ELS Consultores, Gente Radio and Canaria de Comunicación Empresarial, and they have the collaboration of the La Orotava City Council, through its Department of Tourism, which directs Maria Delia Escobar, and the Department of Commerce, coordinated by Felipe David Benitez.
