The judicial authority in front of the Court of Instruction number 1 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has practiced this Friday the taking of the face-to-face statement of the German citizen investigated since mid-August for the alleged abduction of his two minor children.

The magistrate who instructs the proceedings has agreed to his entry into provisional prison, communicated and without bail as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of international child abduction.
Subsequently, the investigated went to the disposition of the Court of Violence Against Women number 2 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife to be heard in a statement for the alleged commission of another crime, this one of threats.
