Tenerife Fire Consortium rescued a person who had caught a paper compactor in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on Monday afternoon.
The event occurred at 5:00 p.m., when firefighters were activated through a call from the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 Canary Islands.
Upon arriving at the scene, they found that the person had the lower members trapped in the machine, so, while the Canarian emergency service (SUC) stabilized the affected, the troops withdrew the pressed cartons to free the person.
Finally, the man was transferred in ambulance to a hospital.
