Hyperdino Launches Exciting New Store in Costa Adeje

Hyperdino is progressing with its expansion strategy across the Canarian archipelago by launching a new store in Adeje, in which it has invested 895,000 euros, creating ten new employment opportunities. This marks the eighth opening for the company this year in the Canary Islands.

Situated at number 40 on Austria Avenue, in the Malibú Park building, the new outlet features 335 square metres of sales space and is strategically located within a tourist and residential area, aiming to provide customers with a retail offering focused on quality, freshness, and accessibility.

The main sections of the store are tailored to cater to everyday needs as well as the tastes of discerning customers. These include a fruit shop, bakery, and storehouse, alongside extensive areas dedicated to organic and gourmet products.

Superdino Malibu has been designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind. The premises utilize state-of-the-art LED lighting, efficient refrigeration systems, and waste management practices aimed at reducing environmental impact, aligning with the company’s corporate responsibility goals.

Dedication to local products and the community

Completely Canarian-owned, the company is firmly committed to local products, prioritising island suppliers and encouraging the consumption of nearby goods. This strategy not only guarantees customers freshness and quality at competitive prices but also fosters the local business ecosystem of the archipelago.

The chain states that “the opening of Superdino Malibu strengthens our presence in the southern part of Tenerife and reflects our dedication to becoming ever closer to our customers, delivering a modern, sustainable shopping experience centred on local products.”

A sustainable and ongoing expansion

The launch of this new store forms part of Hyperdino’s Expansion Plan for 2025, which includes new openings and renovations across various islands within the Canarian archipelago, aimed at enhancing the retail offering and meeting consumer demands.

Since 1985, Hyperdino, with entirely Canarian ownership, has been the leading chain in the Canary Islands, providing over 10,000 direct jobs. This year alone, it has opened eight stores throughout the Canary Islands.
