A new restaurant terrace is set to open in the heart of Santa Cruz. This kiosk, covering an area of 163.98 square metres, will be situated on the rooftop of the Puerto-Ciudad Agustín de Betancourt building along Anaga Avenue, specifically on the northern side, as outlined by sources from Diario de Avisos and the Port Authority.
The Port Authority will oversee the allocation of this new space following the completion of the necessary procedures for the operation and management of a future kiosk and terrace dedicated to catering activities. The announcement, which was published last Monday in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP), will be forwarded to the Ports Administration Board of Tenerife, which has confirmed that “work is already underway” to enable the project to commence within this year.
According to the official communication from the BOP, a 20-day period is now open for corporations, entities, and individuals who believe they may be affected by this concession to review the file and submit any relevant objections to the aforementioned application. These objections must be lodged in the General Registry of the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, located at Francisco La Roche number 49, or at the electronic site of the state agency.
