SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE APR. (Press Europa) –

A total of three individuals have sustained injuries, with two of them in a moderate condition, following a collision involving three vehicles on the TF-1, heading south, as it goes through Grenadilla de Abona (Tenerife), as stated by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre of 112 in the Canary Islands.

The incident occurred at 10:01 p.m. on Monday, prompting personnel from the Canarian Emergency Department (SUC) to be dispatched to the scene. Upon their arrival, they found a 56-year-old man who, at the initial moment of assistance, was found to have a moderate head injury; he was subsequently transported by ambulance to Hospiten Sur University Hospital.

They also attended to a 47-year-old man, who was initially experiencing moderate chest pain, and he was taken by ambulance to Costa Adeje Hospital.

Additionally, a 39-year-old woman was treated for a mild anxiety crisis, and she was also transported by ambulance to Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital.

Fire crews from the Tenerife Fire Consortium arrived at the scene, having to rescue two of the injured individuals from the vehicles involved in the incident, while members of the road maintenance service of the Cabildo de Tenerife undertook the necessary road clearing operations.

Civil Guard officers managed the traffic and performed the appropriate investigation regarding the incident.
