The Popular Party in Tenerife will hold its island Congress on 24th May, as decided by the members of the Insular Board of Directors during their meeting on Monday afternoon.
A total of 580 delegates (464 elected and 116 ex officio) will take part in the assembly that will occur throughout the day on Saturday, 24th May in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, during which the new organisational roles of the party on the island will be elected.
The current chairperson of the party in Tenerife, Emilio Navarro, urged members to “work together in unity and cohesion, with the strong aim of fortifying the PP project in Tenerife.”
The Insular Board of Directors also sanctioned the establishment of the Organising Committee for the Congress, which will be chaired by the parliamentary spokesperson, Luz Reverón.
