SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE 3 APR. (Press Europa) –
A woman has sustained moderate injuries after her vehicle overturned while she was driving through the tank in Tenerife, according to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre of the Canary Islands.
The incident occurred at 06:51 on Thursday on Avenida Príncipes de España in the aforementioned municipality. Personnel from the Canarian Emergency Department (SUC) arrived at the scene and assessed that the individual had sustained trauma to a lower limb of a moderate nature, but without complications, prompting her transfer by ambulance to Hospital del Norte.
Emergency response teams from the Tenerife Fire Consortium were also present at the scene, securing the affected vehicle and assisting the other emergency services. Meanwhile, officers from the Civil Guard managed traffic on the road and prepared the necessary reports.
