Emergency services have located the deceased body of a 42-year-old man of Polish descent, discovered floating in the Tancón puddle area, as reported by the 1-1-2 Canary Islands service.
This incident occurred on Thursday shortly after 2:31 p.m., when the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Canary Islands Government received a call from local police regarding the sighting of a person floating in the vicinity.
Firefighters and local police were able to recover the body and transport it to the ground, awaiting the arrival of judicial authorities.
Personnel from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC), equipped with a medical ambulance, also attended the scene.
Although the GES rescue helicopter was already in the area of the incident, it did not take part in the operations.
