Residents of Santa Cruz de Tenerife acknowledge their frustration with the recurring issues in recent years. On La Vica Street, located in close proximity to an educational establishment in the Dera neighbourhood, there is an accumulation of dirt, alongside an abandoned vehicle that has attracted instances of drug addiction.
“We take our dogs to walk in this area, but it is extremely busy,” one resident remarked, referring to the stretch from Finca La Fine to La Candelaria. “Inside the abandoned car, syringes have been discovered, which poses a significant danger, particularly because children may pass through there.”
They also stress that this situation is not a new occurrence, rather it has been recurring in recent months, a fact that can be evidenced by the photographs.
